Candlelighters annual Christmas Party is being held on Sunday December 7th, 2008. 11:30 – 3:00 pm. This special event is for member families, who come together in a fun–filled festive environment to spend a few hours together but not in hospital. We are grateful to the Tannis Family, who so generously donate the St.Elias Centre for our use. It’s pot luck, so families are asked to please just bring something ( no nuts please) for the enormous buffet table. If you’ve never been, that in itself is something to see! There’s face–painting and crafts, live children’s entertainment and of course, you know who makes an appearance from the North Pole… no need to rsvp this year either. In previous years, maintaining the rsvp list has proven to be very time consuming and from year to year the numbers have hardly varied. So in our efforts to “go green”, no need to mail us back in that piece of paper! Looking forward to seeing you on the 7th!
